I've been looking back through audio detritus that I have accumulated since I was 12 years old. These snapshots of time include candid recordings capturing conversation, shuffling around rooms, people I am no longer in contact with. Combined through extreme compression to discover hidden sounds, this creates a pleasing texture that engulfed me in these past spaces. I am trying to relive my memories by reconstructing and inevitably distorting elements of my past to suit my needs. A journey through shameless nostalgia.
